Steve TentindoPresident and CEO
Before joining Treeno Software, Steve was the founder and CEO of the Chameleon Group which is an outsourced business development company. Steve has held executive positions in sales and sales support with Lucent Technologies and Avaya Inc. Prior to joining Lucent, Steve served in a variety of senior-level sales and sales operations positions, including eight years as the EVP of Sales Operations at Cabletron Systems. During Steve’s tenure at Cabletron he was also involved in the integration of products and services of multiple acquisitions made by Cabletron Systems. Steve brings a unique combination of strategic insight and senior-level sales experience to Treeno Software. He is responsible for the worldwide management of Treeno’s sales, marketing and business partner network.
Lisa McCooleChief Operating Officer and Vice President of Worldwide Sales
Lisa serves as Treeno’s Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Worldwide Sales, a role she has held for the past several years. Lisa is responsible for all facets of Treeno’s sales, training, and go to market strategy. During her 15 year tenure at Treeno Software, Lisa has been instrumental in the development of Treeno’s flagship product from it’s inception and has driven it’s evolution into the industry leading EDM solution that it is today.
Operationally, Lisa is responsible for overseeing the interaction and execution of all key sales, support, training and customer service functions in a multi-million dollar software company, and has played a key role shaping Treeno’s technology infrastructure to ensure “best in class” delivery of services and support to the customer base.
Ms. McCoole oversees Treeno’s global reseller base, and directly manages Treeno’s key Partner and Customer relationships. Lisa is responsible for the recruitment, training and retention of Treeno’s value added reseller base, and directly manages Treeno’s Channel Account Managers. In addition, Ms. McCoole has been instrumental in the development of both Treeno’s channel strategy and strategic product roadmap. Lisa has a proven track record demonstrating valuable vertical positioning and training capabilities, and is well versed in business-to-business sales, partner sales and sales training in the technology field with vertical focus on financial, education, manufacturing, government and not for profit.
Lisa has led the sales team to consistently generate above average revenue and sales growth, while maintaining well above the industry average in customer retention over the past five years. Her leadership and visionary approach have been a primary factor in Treeno’s success and will continue to drive the organization in the coming years.
Prior to her current role, Lisa enjoyed a 25-year career in the technology space, encompassing all facets of technology sales from direct account sales to corporate training and talent development in major multination corporations.
