As Stonewall Kitchen, a multi award winning specialty food manufacturer and distributor rapidly grew the challenges for the Accounts Payable department increased exponentially. The more products created and facilities opened, the more vendors’ invoices required approval and payment. The paper documents needed to be stored in an expensive and inconvenient off-site facility.
